Information we process

If you submit the contact form, we process the name, work email, optional phone and company, selected support need, and message you provide. We also attach the landing path, referring site origin, any UTM campaign values, capture time, and randomly generated session and anonymous identifiers for the current attribution window.

Why and where it is sent

We use this information to respond to your request, understand which campaign introduced the inquiry, and confirm the lead conversion. On submission, the site sends one lead event to the ACR processing service at acrtracking.stealthagents.us. It is not sent to ACR merely because you visit a page.

Browser storage and retention

On your first page in an attribution window, the site places the limited attribution data and random identifiers in session storage. The record expires and is replaced after 30 minutes while the site remains open. Session storage is also normally cleared when the browser tab or session ends. Form field values are not placed in browser storage by this site.

Submitted inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request and manage the resulting business communication. This website code does not set or promise a fixed server retention period for the ACR service. You may ask us to review or delete an inquiry, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Your choices

You can avoid ACR lead processing by not submitting the form. You can clear this site's session storage in your browser at any time or block storage in browser settings. To ask about an inquiry or request deletion, use the contact formand state the request in the message field; that request itself follows the processing described above.
