Partner co-marketing approval workflows without message drift
Approve partner co-marketing material through controlled sources, reciprocal claim review, channel boundaries, release evidence, and expiry.
Partner co-marketing approval workflow
Approve co-marketing material only after both organizations confirm the exact asset, claims, marks, audience, channels, destinations, release timing, and expiry. Name one working owner and the required brand, product, legal, privacy, and partner approvers on each side.
Mutual participation does not make every statement approved. Keep each organization accountable for its own claims, permissions, and commercial decisions while coordinating one visible release record.
Freeze sources and permitted use
List approved logos, names, descriptions, product details, speaker information, links, proof, and disclosures with source versions. Record permitted formats, regions, channels, edits, and end dates for each controlled element.
Do not assume a logo file grants broad endorsement or perpetual reuse. Preserve restrictions from partner agreements and route uncertain rights questions to authorized owners.
Review reciprocal claims
Check every product, customer, integration, security, performance, and relationship statement against current evidence. Confirm that adjacent layout and headlines do not imply certification, exclusivity, or outcomes beyond the approved wording.
Give material qualifications clear placement where the audience will encounter the claim. Remove invented benefits, unsupported comparisons, and outdated partner status rather than softening them with vague language.
Coordinate channels and data paths
Map landing pages, email, social, events, paid media, partner portals, forms, lead delivery, analytics, and follow-up ownership. Verify consent, notices, suppression, field scope, delivery security, and source tracking for each data path.
Test both organizations’ destinations without privileged sessions. A correct source asset is not ready when the partner link, form, handoff, or follow-up path is broken.
Release the exact approved package
Record final file hashes, URLs, approvals, operators, schedule, and monitoring contacts. Publish from the controlled package and verify rendered copy, images, links, metadata, forms, and tracking after processing.
Pause mismatched placements and notify the counterpart with specific evidence. Do not replace a live partner asset silently when the other organization may still distribute an earlier copy.
Expire and reconcile
Account for published, delayed, rejected, corrected, and withdrawn placements across both organizations. Assign unresolved destinations an owner and deadline, then retain approval evidence according to policy.
At expiry, remove or refresh controlled claims, marks, links, forms, and follow-up instructions. Confirm that downloaded assets and scheduled posts are addressed instead of treating one page removal as complete retirement.
